Directions for use

Although meditation can generally be done anywhere, I recommend you turn off your phone and find a quiet place free from distractions where you can relax comfortably and keep your spine straight for the full 10 minutes. Make sure that you have water on hand for hydration.

You may also like to have a journal and pen handy so that after the meditation you can write down any insights or inspiration you may receive.
