Directions for use

Although meditation can be done at almost any time, please refrain from driving and meditating. I recommend you find a quiet place away from distractions where you can relax comfortably and keep your spine straight. Make sure that you have water on hand for hydration.

Download instructions

Ensure you are on a computer, have reliable internet connection and allow several minutes for the entire meditation to download. Downloading the audio on a phone is possible but the process varies from phone to phone. Unless you are confident with downloading audios onto your phone, I recommend doing the download on a laptop and then copying it across to your phone.

This is an 11-minute audio recording for download. The downloaded recording can then be used on any device at any time.
