Meditation for Health & Wellbeing – Morning Classes


This morning course is run over 4 weeks and is suitable for those with knowledge and experience of meditation. Embark on a journey of self discovery and learn tools for positive thinking and stress management.


Are you are struggling with a health issue, wanting to be more relaxed and stress-free, or seeking to a happier healthier life? Relaxation meditation for health and wellbeing is the first place to begin. Why?

Relaxation meditation informs the body and mind that you are safe. When that occurs the energy that was constantly used to keep the body on high alert and the mind scanning for danger, can switch off. In this peaceful space, the immune system is at its strongest, the mind is resting and the heart is open. Now the body’s innate self-repair mechanisms can take over, whilst the heart and mind taps into deeper peacefulness and wellbeing. This is your natural state of being.

This class includes:  Meditation for training the brain to perform instant muscle relaxation, mindfulness meditation, zen meditation and tools for positive thinking and stress management.

The morning class is run over 4 weeks and is suitable for all meditation skills. It is also ideal for people who are ready to make significant and lasting positive changes in their lives.

Next 4 week course commences Wednesday February 15th – March 8th, 10.00-11.30am at Greenock.

Early Bird Fee $70.00 when paid in full by Thursday February 9th Full Fee $80.
